Bidra med feedbackAfter a corona-related feeling of eternity, we finally managed to make a visit to Vjekoslav Pavić's star-created brasserie and let us be pampered professionally by his wife Lena and Zsolt Páll. When entering the restaurant, it smelled sorrowful to Saffron, who reappeared in greeting from the kitchen and formed a wonderful entry into a magnificent menu accompanied by Palatinate wines. The fine beef tar with red bee decomposed on the tongue and was also visually a pleasure, the Palatinate asparagus had a very special mouth feeling and tasted excellent thanks to the crisp mustard grains in the champagnenage. Then for us, in the form of the Bretonian seaweed fillet with green asparagus and Topinambur, came the absolute climax that brought me tears of joy into my eyes: The Madeira truffle sauce was an absolute poem for kneeling! The Husumer lamb cooked to the point in the bread coat was butter soft, on a taste also very high level and also an eye-catcher due to the colourful paprika. The stunningly delicious cream from Valehonachocolate with pistachios crunch inside and iced pomegranate formed both tastefully and visually the sweet finale of a culinary delight to which we will remember for a long time. What an amazing place, from start to finish we were completely satisfied with the staff, environment, and food. Staff: Very friendly and attentive, they did their best to communicate in English with us and overall, they did a fantastic job. Environment: We loved the decor and the the ambiance of the restaurant was very relaxing while keeping. The lighting around lunch was great and it never felt stuffy during our meal. Food: I had the 4-Course meal (shown in menu) and my wife had the Business Course. Both courses were amazing, the soups (hers was a mushroom soup) were perfect temperature and the tastes were delightful and full of flavor. The mains were also incredible with many different flavor profiles available with the presented dishes. For me, the dessert was spot on for the 4-course menu as it felt like eating a very refined pina colada, I was tempted to order a second one as it was just that good, but the meal at that point had filled me/us up plenty. The wine was recommended by our waiter and he was spot on with the recommendation as it paired nicely with each dish of our courses. Overall, highly recommended.

We celebrated our wedding in the Brasserie and could not have wished for a better location. The ambience is a dream. The service is excellent, professional, friendly and very attentive. From champagne reception to coffee and cakes on the beautiful outdoor terrace to the evening menu everything was super planned and organized. Above all, we and our guests were delighted with the sensational high-quality and creative food with taste explosions. We could experience an unforgettable and special day that we will always remember in the future. Thanks to family Pavic and the entire team!
